Survivors in the Lincoln Trail ADD: If you are experiencing domestic violence, call 1-877-949-0515 to speak with an advocate about shelter and services. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
Lincoln Trail Area Development District includes Breckinridge, Hardin, Grayson, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, and Washington counties.
Temporary Services Plan for Lincoln Trail ADD

Beginning July 1, 2026, survivors of domestic and intimate partner abuse in the Lincoln Trail Area Development District (Lincoln Trail ADD) will access services through neighboring ZeroV member programs.
As this plan is implemented, there may be some shifts in which programs provide which services. If any changes are made, ZeroV and our member programs will communicate any changes to the community. This webpage will have the most up-to-date information. Please note the “Last Updated” date and time at the top of this page.

For crisis calls, crisis services, and domestic violence referrals in the Lincoln Trail ADD, call 1-877-949-0515 starting July 1.
- An advocate from GreenHouse17 will respond to immediate safety needs, including safety planning; options for temporary shelter if the safety risk is immediate; referrals to community partners in the Lincoln Trail ADD; and a warm handoff to the domestic violence program providing domestic violence services in the Lincoln Trail ADD.
- GreenHouse17 crisis line advocates will conduct an initial assessment and provide appropriate referrals, including referrals to a ZeroV member program for ongoing support.
- For survivors in Marion, Washington, and Nelson counties, Bethany House Abuse Shelter will provide ongoing services, community referrals, and case management.
- For survivors in Meade and Breckinridge counties, The Center for Women and Families will provide ongoing services, community referrals, and case management.
- For survivors in Grayson, Hardin, and Larue counties, Barren River Area Safe Space (BRASS) will provide ongoing services, community referrals, and case management.

For survivor support groups, GreenHouse17 will be providing access to virtual support groups for survivors in the Lincoln Trail ADD. Survivors can learn more about virtual support groups by calling the Lincoln Trail ADD crisis line at 1-877-949-0515.
- For legal advocacy, survivors should call the Lincoln Trail ADD crisis line at 1-877-949-0515. If they already have an advocate at a neighboring program serving their county, they can work with that advocate on their options for court advocacy.
ZeroV, Greenhouse17, Bethany House Abuse Shelter, The Center for Women and Families, and BRASS are focused on providing immediate emergency services and are working closely with community partners to use referrals for wraparound services.
This plan will be in effect until a new entity is designated.
